Before booking
Always ask the operator for written cancellation and refund terms before making payment. Weather-sensitive Andaman activities and ferries can have different refund conditions than hotels or land transfers.
After booking
If a dispute occurs, start with the operator's documented refund policy and payment evidence. CoralRoute can help with routing or escalation context, but operator-side commercial terms still apply unless a platform-managed payment flow is introduced later.
